Job Summary:

We seek a friendly, reliable, and efficient Store Cashier to join our team at Summit Stores/23 French King Highway. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will be the face of the store, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience during their visit.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately process sales transactions using the cash register, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.

• Assist customers with locating products and answering general questions about store offerings.

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, assist with managing staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and help maintain the store’s profitability. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who is eager to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Team Support and Supervision:
  • Assist in training, coaching, and motivating store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
  • The main point of contact during shifts, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Assist the Store Manager with scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.

• Customer Service:

Position Overview:
A Fast Food Service Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing Mid Shifts and Evening Operations in the fast food kitchen, including managing food prep areas, fryer stations, grill operations, and overall store appearance. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, speed, and customer service while maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store, ensuring all stations are prepped and ready for operation.
• Complete required daily paperwork, including food prep logs and operational checklists.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all kitchen and dining areas.
• Lead kitchen staff when the Fast Food Service Manager is unavailable, including the training and direction of new associates.
• Leave detailed task lists for the opening team, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.

Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness:

• Keep vacuum stations clean, stocked, and in good working order.
